Monolayer blown film lines are available with outputs ranging from 70 lbs /hr to 700 lbs /hr and lay-flat widths ranging from 6″ to 120″ for processing polymers as diverse as LD, LLD, HM – HDPE, PP.
In order to process HDPE rich films with both high stalk bubble and low frost line height bubbles, mono-layer blown film lines are also offered in unique designs. includes features like an oscillating haul-off, internal bubble cooling, automatic bubble cage control, gusseting device, online thickness monitoring and control, barrier screw, gravimetric blending/dosing system, liquid PIB dosing system, manual and hydraulic screen changer, and surface winders with taper tension control.
