D & P Industries offers TWIN-SCREW EXTRUDERS WITH D & P MULTIDRIVE SYSTEM in various sizes with outputs ranging from 550 lbs/ to 4500 lbs/hr and OD range from 0.75″ to 40″
D & P Extruders use specially coated screws that last longer.
It has back pressure control using a load cell, which is highly useful for running high torque formulation. Additionally, the back pressure is shown, and there are two steps to the audio-visual alert.
Thermo control unit regulates screw temperature to meet a variety of needs, including improved processability, optimal product quality, and lower dosages of costly additives.
D & P screws have a longer L/D ratio of up to 36, which improves melt homogeneity at greater output levels while using the same size extruder and motor ratings, resulting in decreased energy usage. To save time during cleaning, two vacuum chambers are included. The screw shape allows for uniform melting, preventing dry mix suction by vacuum.

The calibrator for high line speed created by D & P is specially designed. Stainless steel provides excellent resistance to corrosion and a long lifespan when used to make vacuum tank cooling tanks. A planetary saw is offered for a longer lifespan and a clean, smooth cut. Online socketing is provided based on the needs of the client.

Easy operation, data storage, history, reports, maintenance schedules, and much more are all made possible by touch screen PLCs. Included are maintenance alerts for water filter degassing, oil changes, oil filters, and oil levels.
